The Only Rose Among The Thorns!

On 1st of September, Lola went to visit her new school. The teachers were so friendly. Students were also friendly. When they saw Lola, they welcomed her saying ‘Hi’ while waving their hands. In fact, the school was okay after second visits...well; parents were fussy with cleanliness when it comes to their children health. On 2nd of September, it official that Lola has moved to a new school. Well, there is a lot of dissatisfaction at the first nursery.

On her first day, I was empting her bag and noticed that Lola had only once had her nappy changed. This has happened several times. When I changed the nappy it was bulging with pee but I tell them nothing. I‘m afraid they would do something bad to Lola. Also, I noticed that they didn’t feed her enough milk. I can tell from her weight and the way she suckle the bottles likes she never had her milk for a day. I told and remind them every morning to wake her up when she’s asleep for a long period of time but looks like they don’t even heard a single word. Besides, Lola’s colds and phlegm were getting worse day by day. Once, I’ve requested them to put Lola’s outside the babies’ room and they said they would put her in a room with no air-conditioned, but still they put her in the usual room with fan and air-conditioner on. For almost a month, Lola’s cold shows no sign of getting well.

That’s why we decided to move Lola to a new school. There are only 3 other babies and all of them are boys. Lola is the only girl among them as teacher Hana said she’s the only rose among the thorns. Every time I pick her up on the evening, she was so happy and keeps smiling when teacher Hana talks to her. No more miserable unhappy face. And what makes me so happy is that her colds and phlegm was getting better. I know my daughter gets all she needs while I’m away to work. Although, moving to another school is the option that parents could choose but worries is always there as parents hoping the best for their children.
