Lola First Day of Nursery

"Poor Little Lola," said my colleagues when I announced that our 4-month-old daughter would be going to nursery.  On 10th of August my husband and I forced to send Lola, dressed in pink towards the nursery to start her first day fighting for attention in a room with eight other babies.

Photographs of smiling children plastered the walls and toys were scattered on the floor. Women, called themselves "teacher" busy with their new charges prepared to take Lola from us.  She looked at her "substitute mother" with tears when we left.

The substitute nursery mother told me that Lola was coping with the change as she told me Lola was never stopped crying on her first day.  When I arrived to pick her up on the first evening, her face was covered with miserable unhappy face.

But how easily Lola settle and coping with the new situation? It would probably takes time as she has not developed the "attachment issues" and will show little concern at being left with strangers.  I was scared at first leaving my baby to someone "unknown" but thinking positive help me a lot.  One of the positives about nursery is that children become adaptable and flexible.  So I expect things would be much easier for her and for us soon.
